So I googled . . . Designer and activist, Kenneth Cole, created an AIDS awareness campaign, in which celebrities posed individually, then the images were combined to create the ad—WE ALL HAVE AIDS. Also notice the shoes? Kenneth Cole being a shoe guy, has created a sort of “where’s waldo” among the sea of barefoot celebs.
